Print shop
In our in-house print shop, we can handle the entire print production for exhibition systems from start to finish directly on our premises. This approach has clear advantages: We guarantee the highest quality standards and can react flexibly and quickly to our customers' wishes.
With our ultra-modern printing machines, we produce large-format prints in impressive dimensions. We process media widths of up to 5 meters and offer a wide range of printing processes, such as UV printing, textile printing, latex printing and plate printing. This variety allows us to cover different materials and requirements - be it for foldable fabric coverings, solid substrates such as wood, acrylic or forex panels, or robust outdoor solutions.
Our in-house production ensures that each step is seamlessly coordinated with the next. The print shop works closely with the sewing department, which is also on site. For example, we can process foldable fabrics for LED exhibition walls directly after printing. Our sewing department offers all fabric processing techniques, such as attaching rubber lips, sewing Velcro tapes or producing hemstitches. This close cooperation guarantees fast and smooth production and enables us to realize even short-term projects without compromising on quality.
We work with the latest generation of printing machines that offer maximum precision and efficiency. Our modern machinery enables us to print on many materials using different printing techniques. All slide covers for our LED exhibition stands, illuminated walls and lightboxes are produced using our high-speed printer from Durst, the P5 TEX iSUB, which you can see in the last image. Here we process soft, foldable slide materials that impress with their high brilliance and sharp font quality. The fabrics produced using sublimation printing are particularly environmentally friendly, as this printing technique is low-emission and has low energy consumption. The materials used are sustainable and are produced in a resource-efficient manner, which helps to reduce the ecological footprint. Our fabrics therefore meet the highest standards and offer a responsible solution for environmentally conscious applications.
